- Profils recherchés
Les candidats recherchés devront notamment :
- Disposer d’une formation adaptée au poste ;
- Justifier d’une expérience professionnelle pertinente ;
- Maîtriser les procédures et règles de sécurité applicables au secteur minier ;
- Être capables de travailler dans un environnement industriel et minier exigeant ;
- Faire preuve de rigueur, discipline, ponctualité et esprit d’équipe ;
- Être disponibles pour travailler selon les horaires, rotations ou conditions de travail définis par l’entreprise.
Pour les postes techniques, une expérience sur engins miniers, HEMM, équipements de production, maintenance, forage ou traitement des minerais constitue un avantage important.
Pour les fonctions administratives et de management, une expérience dans un environnement industriel ou minier sera également appréciée.

PROFILES REQUIRED
Candidates should, in particular:
- Hold an educational or professional qualification relevant to the position;
- Have relevant professional experience;
- Have a good knowledge of safety procedures and HSE rules applicable to the mining sector;
- Be able to work in a demanding industrial and mining environment;
- Demonstrate rigor, discipline, punctuality and teamwork;
- Be willing and available to work according to the schedules, rosters, rotations and working conditions defined by the company.
For technical positions, experience with mining equipment, HEMM, production equipment, maintenance, drilling or mineral processing will be a strong advantage.
For administrative and management positions, experience in an industrial or mining environment will also be an asset.
